eurammon joins the Green Cooling Initiative Network

August 2025: We are pleased to announce that eurammon has officially joined the Green Cooling Initiative (GCI) network, a global alliance committed to transforming the cooling sector through sustainable and climate-friendly technologies.

By becoming part of this diverse network, eurammon looks forward to contributing its members’ extensive expertise in cooling technologies based on natural refrigerants. The exchange of technical knowledge, promotion of best practices, and collaboration with national and international partners directly support eurammon’s mission: to advance environmentally friendly and future-proof cooling solutions.

The Green Cooling Initiative, commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV), brings together government institutions, international organisations, and private sector actors to accelerate the transition to energy-efficient technologies using natural refrigerants. Its approach is built on three pillars: policy advice, technology transfer, and capacity building - all of which align with eurammon’s long-standing areas of engagement.
